The University Area Coordinator (AC) at UW‑Green Bay plays a vital role in advancing student success by fostering an inclusive, engaging, and safe residential community where students can thrive academically and personally.
The AC provides day‑to‑day supervision, training, and mentorship to student staff; supports residential programming and engagement initiatives; responds to crises and emergency situations; and contributes to key departmental functional areas.
