Job Summary

• This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with various Global Finance contacts, the Costa Rica Shared Services Center (SSC) and other members of the Accounting CoE.
• We resolve and detail appropriate accounting treatment for AR and Revenue transactions ensuring compliance with US GAAP and ASC606 accounting standards.
• We lead the revenue team by providing mentorship, coaching, and support while establishing effective controls and review processes to ensure the successful achievement of team goals.

• 5 years of accounting experience
• Proven understanding of US GAAP
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Process improvement experience preferred
