  • Manage a portfolio of claims from initial notification through to settlement, working closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality claims service and advocacy aligned to policy terms, client instructions and Marsh governance standards.
  • Provide accurate claims reporting and insights to support client servicing, renewal strategy and performance monitoring.
