The Area Leader for Material Planning and Logistics will supervise the workflow for Shipping and Receiving in the Logistics department across all three shifts.
Ensure all shipping/receiving employees are utilizing communication tools and coordinate maintenance of any equipment used by the department.
Develop associates through coaching and mentoring, and provide recognition when warranted.
