Job Summary

  • Administer the design, administration, and evaluation of Scion’s employee benefits programs to ensure they align with company objectives and meet employee needs.
  • Administer all leave programs including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, short- and long-term disability, and other statutory or company-sponsored leaves.
  • Ensure benefits and leave programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
