Job Summary
This role provides classroom, behavioral, and academic support to students requiring Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions within a highly structured and therapeutic learning environment.
The Intensive Program Education Support Professional works under the direction of a Certified Special Education Teacher and Education Coordinator to promote student engagement, safety, and progress toward individualized goals.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Eligible for Wisconsin DPI Instructional Aide License
Minimum 1 year experience with disabilities or behavioral challenges
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
