Job Summary

• The attorney will focus on research and writing but will also be expected to assist our team with all phases of litigation including drafting of pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pre-trial motions, including discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and demurrers/motions to dismiss in California and Federal Courts is required.
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, is expected to work independently and as part of a team and will have a passion for helping clients find justice and compensation for their injuries.

$140k -$200k base salary; Bonus: annual performance-based bonus; Benefits: Paid Vacation + Sick Time, Medical, Dental, Life, 401k with employer contributions
