Job Summary

  • The purpose of the role is to support the Projects and Engineering Safety & Environment Manager deliver strong safety leadership and HSSE & SP (Social Performance) expertise into SNEPCo P&E portfolio of projects for the achievement of top quartile performance and Goal Zero.
  • This role will support, coach, and challenge the SNEPCo Projects, Engineering and Construction team to deliver safe and affordable projects across the portfolio and be responsible for the development of all Shell HSSE & SP deliverables and inputs as per Shell P&T (Project and Technology) standards.

Key Requirements

  • 8 years' relevant Upstream business experience
  • Degree qualified with HSSE qualification
  • Professional HSE and Engineering Certification Preferred
  • Support SE delivery on two or more major projects
