Key Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years Professional Services or SaaS implementation
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing multiple implementations
  • Fundamental understanding of project management
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Education principles
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • US-based remote work eligibility
