The Operating Engineer performs a wide variety of moderately complex technical tasks related to the inspection, repair, and maintenance of equipment, utility systems, and complex machinery.
Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including: fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, primary switch gear), and hot water systems.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years of relevant work experience
EPA Section 608 Universal certification
Valid state driver’s license
Experience using CMMS/BMS
Ability to work different schedules
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
