Job Summary

  • The F135 Global Capacity Forecasting & Strategy Associate Director is responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic framework that aligns depot maintenance capacity, supplier capability, and program demand across the global F135 MRO&U network.
  • This role supports execution of sustainment operations critical to maintaining the flying fleet by forecasting long-term network demand, ensuring depot activation and expansion plans meet program requirements, and aligning maintenance sourcing strategies with available industrial capacity.
  • The role also leads the Maintenance Management & Scheduling Mission Feedback Assessment (MFA) program, providing structured external performance insight to inform functional improvement priorities and strengthen customer confidence.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
