  • As an Early Career Program Manager, you will lead and develop a team of early career internal sales (SLATE) associates and a team of Internal Wealth Generalists, providing regular coaching, assessment, and development.
  • You will collaborate on the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy for current and future associates, working in partnership with senior management to select, develop and maintain effective teams.
