Job Summary

  • This role directly impacts Pfizer’s ability to achieve global access and reimbursement objectives by providing strategic leadership and execution of Health Technology Assessment, Value & Evidence (HV&E) activities.
  • The Director will partner with the Brepocitinib HV&E team to develop and execute the global value and evidence generation strategy for Brepocitinib, including supporting oversight of evidence generation activities.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00, with eligibility for a bonus target of 20.0% and long-term incentives.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated depth of understanding of fundamental health services research methods
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
