Job Summary
This role is primarily responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs and performing responsive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong oral and written communication skills, is organized with solid time management skills, and can take ownership over tasks.
