Salary
Base: $30.14 - $44.21 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years hands-on maintenance experience
Advanced PLC troubleshooting and programming
Proficiency with industrial controls and sensors
Strong understanding of electrical schematics
Experience with CMMS documentation

Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
CAD software experience for layouts
Excellent technical writing skills

Key Requirements
