The APP provides healthcare in ambulatory and acute health care settings, including management of surgical patients from pre-operative, peri-operative and post operative phases of care.
The APP will round on patients, perform urologic procedures, manage discharges, and coordinate with case management teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
