Must-have
3+ years Scrum Master or technical project manager experience
Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe frameworks
Experience with LAN/WAN security solutions and standards
Ability to plan and lead Scrum ceremonies
Nice-to-have
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of AWS environments and automation
Familiarity with Redhat, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux certifications
Mentoring team on Agile principles
Experience with Splunk and SEIM tools
Key Requirements
