Base: $189,000.00 - $260,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing programs

Must-have
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
7-10 years commercial transaction experience
Deep understanding of IP creation and allocation
First-hand negotiation leadership experience
Licensed to practice law in California
Nice-to-have
Experience with AI and quantum computing technologies
Background in memory and logic component contracts
Familiarity with financing, investment, and M&A deals
