Job Summary
Manage a specific geographic region, building strong relationships with new and existing farmers while assisting with contracting and providing short- and long-term projections.
Responsible for recruiting new farmers into the Niman Ranch farmers’ network and working to retain all current Niman Ranch farmers by providing excellent service and communication.
This position will physically inventory pigs on each visit, grade weaned pigs, and assist farmers in production improvement.
