Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
  • Strong problem-solving foundation
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
  • Experience with 6-Sigma methodologies

  • Master's degree in engineering
  • Black belt certification preferred
  • PMP certification
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills
