Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience construction estimating
  • Experience writing and negotiating subcontracts
  • Demonstrated experience in base development, capital improvements, real estate, and construction projects
  • Ability to complete estimates within tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including estimating software
  • Ability to read, interprets, and evaluates drawings and specifications
