Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Metallurgy
Hands-on experience with metallographic preparation
Proficiency in operating optical and scanning electron microscopes
Experience with mechanical testing and tensile load frames
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Minitab data analysis software
Experience characterizing metal additive manufacturing parts
Working knowledge of metals used in LPBF processes
Basic understanding of quality assurance principles
Key Requirements
