Key Requirements

  • 10+ years thermal management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • experience with heatsinks, thermal interface materials, liquid cooling
  • experience designing complex thermal systems for hyperscale data centers
  • understanding of export control compliance
  • must meet U.S. export control eligibility
