Job Summary

  • The Cook is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef by maintaining the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing.
  • This position also assists in preparing for the day to day operations of the kitchen, serving meals by reviewing recipes, assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients, in addition to, maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
  • Requires moderate physical efforts including standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
