You will drive the integration strategy between Copilot and adjacent platform pillars while championing responsible AI practices including guardrails and bias mitigation.

Must-have
10+ years product management experience
5+ years senior or director-level role
Contact center or CX technology domain expertise
Experience shipping AI/ML products at scale
Technical fluency in LLMs and RAG pipelines
Cross-functional leadership in ambiguous environments

Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration
Familiarity with IVR, ACD, WFM, and QM ecosystems
Platform product strategy with API-first approach
Experience leading teams through acquisitions or pivots
