  • Assist with the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • US citizenship required
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow “on demand” training
  • Knowledge of GlideRecord / GlideSystem
  • Knowledge of Client Scripts
  • Knowledge of Business Rules
  • Knowledge of Script Includes (server-side)
  • Knowledge of AJAX (GlideAjax)
  • Knowledge of AngularJS (for Service Portal)
  • Prior Help Desk experience is a plus
