The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision of therapy personnel, and implementation of new programs.
Essential duties include supervising all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, ensuring resident needs are met, maintaining regulatory compliance, and completing timely and accurate clinical documentation.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech Language Pathology, proficiency in computer skills, and the ability to travel as necessary.
