The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain high-quality care.
Employees must be willing to participate in facility surveys, develop quality assurance programs, and assist in planning resident discharge services.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must remain in good standing with State Board of Nursing
