Job Summary
The Field Rep Development Program is an 18–24-month developmental program designed to build skills and knowledge necessary to partner with Caterpillar Dealers to drive strategy alignment and customer loyalty.
Participants will undergo a 12-week training program including workshops, travel in Asia and Europe, and rotational assignments across various Caterpillar roles to build technical, product, and business skills.
Each hire is assigned a coach and receives personalized onboarding, soft-skill, sales, and technical training, with the goal of advancing to a field-based position supporting Caterpillar Dealers and customers.
