Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school diploma or equivalent
Four to five years retail banking experience
Proactive outreach and follow up skills
Knowledge of consumer and business banking products
Ability to open new accounts and process transactions
Nice-to-have
Experience with sales campaigns and promotions
Proficiency in demonstrating digital self-service technologies
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Advanced proficiency in making appropriate recommendations
Participation in collaborative branch team partnerships
Key Requirements
NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act requirements
Minimum four to five years of job-related retail banking experience
Pass criminal background and credit check
High school diploma or equivalent education
Compliance with FINRA and FDIA Section 19 regulations
