Job Summary

• The Vaccine Policy team accelerates the delivery of innovative vaccines to more people in Japan by developing and implementing necessary systems and policies, collaborating with multiple internal departments, and engaging with diverse stakeholders involved in policy decisions and implementation.
• This position is responsible for the team's overall performance, leading initiatives to foster trust and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and demonstrating leadership in strategy development and execution to drive the vaccine business across the company.
• Actively lead industry association activities related to vaccines to advocate for policies that generate greater public health impact and lead to systemic reforms in Japan's immunization policies.
