Job Summary
This 180-day SkillBridge program allows transitioning service members to leverage their military technical expertise in a high-precision aerospace environment.
Primary responsibilities include manufacturing parts using CNC mills, lathes, routers, lasers, and manual equipment, as well as CNC programming and sheet metal installation.
Upon successful completion of the program and military separation, candidates may be considered for a permanent position with full-time benefits.

Key Requirements
Five (5)+ Years of working in a Machine/Fab Shop
Five (5)+ Years of experience in Aerospace
High School diploma or equivalent
Trade School Certification
Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation
Written Commander (O-4 or above) authorization
Current work authorization for U.S. positions
