Base: $31.00 - $42.00/hr; Overtime: Available; Benefits: Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years facilities maintenance experience
2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical systems
Experience managing maintenance priorities across multiple sites
Ability to lead teams in fast-paced field environment
Nice-to-have
Commercial facilities or restaurant hospitality maintenance experience
Experience managing vendors and third-party contractors
HVAC/R certification or trade school background
Familiarity with CMMS work order management systems
Experience tracking SLAs KPIs and procuring parts equipment
Key Requirements
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
