Job Summary

  • The Construction Project Manager – Construction Services leads and coordinates the daily field operations of the in-house construction team delivering renovation, remodeling, and small capital projects.
  • This position directly supervises in-house project team of approximately 10 skilled trades personnel including carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general craftsmen and several external contractors.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently to meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations, and TTU’s quality standards.
