Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting all accidents, incidents, or changes in condition.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident information while assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete accurate documentation and incident reports
