Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial (AMR) will be primarily responsible for managing commercial legal matters for the Americas region of the Sensors & Safety Systems segment of Ralliant.
This will include leading and advising on legal matters across multiple business functions, related to commercial contracts, antitrust guidance, product compliance, commercial disputes, regulatory topics and otherwise as needed.
The position reports directly to Ralliant Associate General Counsel, Commercial Americas and is a hybrid role.
