The Leasing Consultant is responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals at The Penny in Annapolis, Maryland.
This role requires daily inspection of show units, collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator on events, and proactive follow-up with prospects and residents within 24 hours.
Employees receive a competitive base hourly rate of $26.00 - $28.00 plus a performance-based bonus program, along with robust benefits including paid time off and 401(k) matching.
