Job Summary

• Provides project controls support to Engineering and Construction in cost and schedule analysis, reporting, and general project controls support as directed by the Project Controls Manager.
• Validates the reported progress percentage based on the rules of credit established within the project with the contractors through spot checks of the design documents and/or construction progress.
• The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $85,000-$116,500, with additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.

Key Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience
• Five (5) years of experience in Construction Management
• Two (2) years of experience in Project Controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Understanding of Accounting functions and systems
• Experience with cost control
• Construction experience
