The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a Workforce Education Instructor for their Emergency Medical Technology program, responsible for coordinating and teaching courses while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Job Summary

  • Primary duties include serving as the EMS Program Director and Lead Instructor, coordinating and supervising all EMS program courses to ensure compliance with accreditation and ARDEMS regulations.
  • The instructor will teach EMS, NAEMT, and AHA classes and coordinate all EMS and AHA continuing education courses.
  • Additional responsibilities include maintaining clinical affiliate agreements, coordinating with the Advisory Committee, preparing regulatory reports, and teaching evening classes.
