Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
  • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC inspections and repairs of the building(s) and maintain heating and cooling equipment, up to and including chillers.
