Lead the Corporate Finance team to originate and execute complex financing transactions with a focus on structured and bespoke financing solutions.
Work closely with Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking teams to deliver strong product value propositions and negotiate funding structures with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and institutional investors while ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and internal risk guidelines.
