The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities include administering medications, completing medical forms, charting nurses' notes, and participating in the facility’s quality assurance program.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
