Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology, chemistry, or biological science OR Associate degree in medical technology and two years of experience OR Certified Laboratory Assistant course and three years of experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must meet Federal CLIA ’88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing
  • Attach transcripts and/or certifications
