Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Lifecycle Management or Program Management
  • Proven track record managing products across the full product lifecycle
  • Experience supporting CM and/or ODM relationships
  • Knowledge of BOM management, configuration control, ECO/engineering change processes
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated analytical capability
  • Track record of influencing without authority
