perform scrub functions under RN direction
set up sterile tables and equipment
maintain aseptic conditions during surgery
assist in counting sponges and instruments
coordinate surgical schedules and outpatient flow
Nice-to-have
Orthopaedic experience with Total Joint procedures
Experience using MAKO and ROSA robots
Outpatient clinic flow assistance skills
Patient phone call and information gathering
Marketing and practice development support
Key Requirements
Successful completion of CCAAHEP or ABHES accredited Surgical Technology Program
Certification as Surgical Technologist (TS-C or CST)
Completion of military Surgical Technology Program
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or American Red Cross
