Job Summary Support the HR function by managing payroll,workpassapplications, employee records, and recruitment processes toensurecomplianceand smooth operations within a dynamic constructionenvironment. Responsibilities Process and manage payroll for over 120++ staff and workers to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements Administer application, renewal, and termination of work passes to maintain workforce compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate and submit training applications to support employee development initiatives Maintain, update, and organize personal files and employee records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Arrange and coordinate interviews to facilitate effective recruitment and talent acquisition Respond to and resolve employee and worker issues to maintain a positive workplace environment Conduct MOM surveys and audits to ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations Manage company PMET (Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians) quota and related documentation Prepare and submit MYE/PA applications and updates to support workforce planning Oversee labour management activities to optimize workforce deployment and productivity Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and onboard qualified candidates Administer childcare leave, NS claims, and training funding claims to support employee benefits and entitlements Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 tax forms to comply with statutory reporting requirements Maintain records of annual and medical leave to track employee attendance and entitlement Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) to formalize employment agreements Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) Coordinator to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations Assist in Temporary Occupation Licence Quota (TOLQ) matters to support project requirements
