As the lead Metrologist for Archer you will report directly to our Head of Quality, you will have the responsibility for developing and overseeing the metrology program at Archer.
Collaborate and positively influence cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all business processes.

Develop and oversee metrology program
Deploy metrology tools for aircraft
Establish aircraft inspection plan
Execute verification process with risk-based approach
Develop and implement laser trackers and Faro arms
Measure key features on propellers
Nice-to-have
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Integrate quality into business processes
Experience with composite bonding
Experience with flight line testing
Key Requirements
10+ years' experience with metrology programs (Calypso, Metrolog, Faro)
Experience with complex geometries, model based engineering and GDT
Experience with CMMs, laser trackers, broken arms and other metrology equipment
Experience establishing quality oversight and standardizing inspection techniques
Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Quality Standards (AS9100, AS9103, AS9145, AS6500)
