Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3-5 years Real Estate Accounting experience
CAM accounting principles knowledge
FASB 13 lease accounting standards
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
MRI or Yardi software experience
Nice-to-have
CPA certification or actively pursuing licensure
Microsoft Access database management skills
Experience with external audit coordination
Process improvement initiative track record
Mentoring and training junior professionals
Exposure to diverse property types
