Job Summary

• The Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services.
• This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction while supporting the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client through innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
