Job Summary

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight of engineering staff regarding manufacturing practices, test requirements, quality processes, and identify and resolve any manufacturability challenges that will impact producibility and quality.
  • Track department schedules, working to identify key parameters and metrics to increase efficiency and reduce program costs.
  • The assignment includes responsibility for managing technical, schedule, cost, and resources across multiple programs and may include tooling development projects supporting manufacturing needs such as test readiness, producibility, and RF/digital testing for Radio Systems.

Key Requirements

  • STEM Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of engineering experience OR Master's with 6+ years
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Experience with production environment testability
  • Experience with cross-functional engagement
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)
  • US Citizenship required
